A country home to unwind

Casa Rural Palacios is a single-storey stone house surrounded by lawn, fruit trees and olives in Marjaliza, a small village in the Montes de Toledo hills of central Spain. It is rented as a whole, so the house, porch and garden are all yours.

Inside, it keeps the character of the local houses: terracotta floors, antique furniture, a fireplace and a newly renovated bathroom. Outside, a porch shaded by vines and roses, and a garden with picnic tables looking out to the hills.

A great base for visiting Toledo, Orgaz, Consuegra or Cabañeros National Park — or simply for resting.

Is the whole house rented?

Yes. The house, porch and garden are for your group only.

How many people can stay?

Up to 4: one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds.

How do I book?

Choose your dates on the calendar and send us the request via WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm availability, final price and payment. You can also book through the platforms where we are listed.

Is there heating?

Yes: a heat pump (heating and air conditioning) in the bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a pellet stove in the kitchen and a heater in the bathroom.

How does check-in work?

Someone from the house will meet you, hand over the keys and show you around. Just let us know your approximate arrival time by phone. We will send you the exact location when your booking is confirmed.

How do I pay?

Direct bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit by bank transfer. The rest is paid by transfer a couple of days before or in cash on arrival. Free cancellation up to 15 days before; between 15 and 7 days we retain 15%, and less than 7 days, 30%.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, on request. As the property is open, please do not let them out unaccompanied.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, free Wi-Fi in the house.

What should I bring?

Just your food and a wish to relax. Bed linen, towels and firewood are included, and the kitchen is fully equipped.
